THREE DISTINGUISED ALUMNI TO BE HONORED!...... On the cusp of the 75 th Anniversary
celebration of the founding of Excelsior High School,
and the 36 th anniversary of its own existence, the
Excelsior Alumni Association (USA), Inc. is set to
honor three distinguished alumni at a gala Dinner/Dance
and Award function, Saturday, October 8, 2005 at
the Ramada Plaza at JFK Airport, Queens, NY. Popular
comedic actor Owen (Blacka) Ellis will serve as MC,
while music will be provided by Ecology Force Sound
Machine.

CLASS OF 1980 PLANS FUNDRAISER REUNION IN 2005 The Excelsior High School class of 1980's Fundraiser reunion is slated for October 8-10 in Kingston Jamaica. The class plans a formal gathering and dinner at the Knutsford Court Hotel in New Kingston on Saturday October 8, a church service on Sunday October 9, and a tour of the school campus on Monday October 10. Tickets for the October 8 dinner are US$60/J$3,500 per person (US$70/J$4,200 at the door). Proceeds to benefit the school's scholarship fund.
